This is the story of Fay who had 35 years of fibromyalgia ended with the water cures.
Fay at 65 had been living with fibromyalgia for 35 years and every day was a struggle. She was one of the first to get the diagnoses first given a name of fibromyalgia in 1976.
The discomfort from the pain prevented sleep. To ease the pain, ice packs were used in bed. On awaking, her muscles and bones were so sore, she could hardly move.
Knowing the medications would only mask the problems and do more harm, she avoided them. With limited exercises including walking, she did the best she could to manage her health.
Other than the fibromyalgia, she was a healthy woman. On finding that medical science does not believe there is a cure, she began to accept that this was going to be the rest of her life.
She spent a lot of time researching. Then one day she found the WaterCures.org website. On speaking to Water Coach she asked if the water cure could work for her. She started the water cures protocol along with salt baths. The results, here is what she said...
"By the second day I started feeling a change in my pain. I could hardly believe it."
She slept through the night and awoke the next day at 7 am with no stiffness, no pain. Ever day after this, she started feeling better and better.
She is now living an active life that includes physical exercising, all her house cleaning and cooking and up at 7 and in bed at 11 PM,
She says, "I tell everyone I know who has pain. I want to tell the whole world. My family has there mom back and my grand kids are happy that nanny can have fun with them now."
She went on to say how she told her naturopathic doctor that she was cured and she will always be taking my sea salt, drinking my water and taking salt baths.

It is amazing how so many things that are new to us were common knowledge in the past. One basic practice of the Water Cures protocol is to drink at least 30-45 minutes before and 2 1/2 hours after a meal. This is not a new thought however. Notice what a magazine from 1925 had to say...
"Drink plenty of water two hours after each meal; drink none just before eating; and a small quantity if any at meal time. Do not take a bath until two hours after eating a meal, nor closer than one hour before eating. Drink a full glass of water both before and after the bath." (Golden Age, Sept. 9, 1925, pp. 784-785)

Hi, my name is Sharon. The webmaster of this site is my nurse, my personal water coach and my husband.
As this site was first being built, I had a headache and as usual took an Ibuprofen. Impatient for it to start working, I decided to try the Water Cures. I took a pinch of salt and a glass of water. Then I took a second pinch of salt and another glass of water. My headache was gone in less than 5 minutes.
From my personal experience, it usually takes 30 to 45 minutes for Ibuprofen to work. Some have found it takes ibuprofen 24 minutes to start working.
Yet on the Water Cures protocol, my headache was gone in 5 minutes.
Its simple: give your body what it needs and your body will give you what you need, the ability to feel great.
Water Cures was the solution for the elimination of my headache. It is what I will use from now on.
