The chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms list falls into two categories. One is the commonly known ones. The other is the less known and is only known and recognized by the holistic health community. In the absence of an effective treatment and since the alternative treatment is almost free, what do you have to loose?
Here is the uncommonly considered chronic fatigue symptom list.
Fluid and electrolyte imbalance, less than bodies needs.Acid Base imbalance: Our body is too acid, often caused by diet or respiration. Bio Films: Chronic fatigue syndrome is considered to potentially having an infectious root cause.This is when your body is existing in a state of drought. Simply drinking water will not help. It is essential to also take an electrolyte such as salt. Unprocessed salt has numerous essential minerals that the body also needs to function.
The salt helps the water to transport to the cells.
Before dismissing this because the established medical system does not recognize it, just remember one thing. It was not that long ago that modern medicine did not did not believe that chronic fatigue was even a disease or condition.
Biological Markers in the Gut Bacteria and Inflammatory Microbial Agents in the Blood While this is new for the end of June, 2016, we have suspected microbes in the blood since March of 2016. Everyone who has CFS / ME seems to have spirochetes in their blood. If this is true, then getting control of the blood borne pathogens could improve symptoms. More importantly, the neurotoxins secreted need to be 'washed out' of the body, which the Water Cures Protocol does nicely.

The type, severity and extent of symptoms may vary from person to person.
Chronic Fatigue is often treated by managing the symptoms. A more effective way is to treat the underlying cause. One of the primary causes we have found is fluid and electrolyte imbalance.

It is amazing how so many things that are new to us were common knowledge in the past. One basic practice of the Water Cures protocol is to drink at least 30-45 minutes before and 2 1/2 hours after a meal. This is not a new thought however. Notice what a magazine from 1925 had to say...
"Drink plenty of water two hours after each meal; drink none just before eating; and a small quantity if any at meal time. Do not take a bath until two hours after eating a meal, nor closer than one hour before eating. Drink a full glass of water both before and after the bath." (Golden Age, Sept. 9, 1925, pp. 784-785)

Hi, my name is Sharon. The webmaster of this site is my nurse, my personal water coach and my husband.
As this site was first being built, I had a headache and as usual took an Ibuprofen. Impatient for it to start working, I decided to try the Water Cures. I took a pinch of salt and a glass of water. Then I took a second pinch of salt and another glass of water. My headache was gone in less than 5 minutes.
From my personal experience, it usually takes 30 to 45 minutes for Ibuprofen to work. Some have found it takes ibuprofen 24 minutes to start working.
Yet on the Water Cures protocol, my headache was gone in 5 minutes.
