<p>This is a story of how Karen found her fibromyalgia natural cure. Actually she discovered it before finding the website only without realizing it as you will see below.</p>
<p>I was searching the internet for information on Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus when I came across the Water Cure. Having my own health issues, I was intrigued with what I was reading and decided logically that the Water Cures Protocol was the best answer for me.</p>
<p>I was suffering every five minutes, sleeplessness, anxiety, crying, depression, fatigue. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and menopause.</p>
<p>My body ached and was swollen and stiff. At one point I was tasing out if I exerted myself at all. I could not get out of bed for three months as the chronic fatigue. Loss of consciousness and pain associated with fibromyalgia was debilitating. I would have one or two days out of a month that I could function on my feet, but then it was back to bed as my energy would again become depleted.</p>
<p>At one point, I had resigned myself to the fact that this would be how my life would end and the best I could do was to try to be happy with what life dealt me and try to manage. I began using mass supplements and was put on hormone replacement therapy on a regular basis. This did help and I was glad to be going in the right direction. What I did not realize then though was that it wasn’t supplements, but the water that I was drinking to take them that was bringing me back to health.</p>
<H2>Finding My Fibromyalgia Natural Cure</H2>
<p>It was about a year and a half into my illness before finding the Water Cures website. I made perfect sense to me and I began to drink…and drink…and drink…and drink. Being afraid of the salt portion of the protocol, I sort of avoided it at first but then realized that I would be doing myself more harm than good if I didn’t follow the recipe. I began adding salt, unprocessed sea salt.</p>
<p>After less than a week I decided not to take my hormones one morning and realized that my hot flashes were gone…completely gone.</p>
<p>I started sleeping through the night. My fibromyalgia was gone, my chronic fatigue was gone, may menopause symptoms were gone, my anxiety and bouts of crying had disappeared too. Every day I just get better and better. It is now about three weeks into the Water Cures Protocol and I could not be happier.</p>
<p>I praise Dr. Batman every day for bringing this simplistic miracle into my life and for Bob Butts, who so unselfishly brought this miracle to others through his dedication to make it known.</p>

It is amazing how so many things that are new to us were common knowledge in the past. One basic practice of the Water Cures protocol is to drink at least 30-45 minutes before and 2 1/2 hours after a meal. This is not a new thought however. Notice what a magazine from 1925 had to say...
"Drink plenty of water two hours after each meal; drink none just before eating; and a small quantity if any at meal time. Do not take a bath until two hours after eating a meal, nor closer than one hour before eating. Drink a full glass of water both before and after the bath." (Golden Age, Sept. 9, 1925, pp. 784-785)

Hi, my name is Sharon. The webmaster of this site is my nurse, my personal water coach and my husband.
As this site was first being built, I had a headache and as usual took an Ibuprofen. Impatient for it to start working, I decided to try the Water Cures. I took a pinch of salt and a glass of water. Then I took a second pinch of salt and another glass of water. My headache was gone in less than 5 minutes.
From my personal experience, it usually takes 30 to 45 minutes for Ibuprofen to work. Some have found it takes ibuprofen 24 minutes to start working.
Yet on the Water Cures protocol, my headache was gone in 5 minutes.
Its simple: give your body what it needs and your body will give you what you need, the ability to feel great.
Water Cures was the solution for the elimination of my headache. It is what I will use from now on.
