Do you have nerve pain in foot you want to end? The solution is at the end. First, what you need to know about foot pain.
Unless you have foot pain, if you are like most, you probably take the ability to walk for granted.
On the average most people take about 1 miles worth of steps a day. It is not until we get to about 1 1/2 miles of walking that any health benefits are realized. But, as long as we can do it pain free, we take it for granted.
When pain and especially nerve pain foot is present, you may be one of those who suffer in silence. It is first important to identify the kind of pain that is being experienced.
The ligaments, joints, tendons and nerves can all experience injury or exposure that will have the affect of causing pain.
What is Pain? Go to get a full look at what the different kinds of pain are.
Nerve pain in the foot is medically called either idiopathic peripheral neuropathy or diabetic neuropathy. One of the symptoms includes numbness in the hands and feet or parts thereof.
Most people ignore the numbness until there is pain. Pain often follows. If you have numbness in you hand or part of your hand and foot or part of your foot, you may need to take care of this. You need to start now.
The symptoms include sensations or feeling like...
- tingling
- numbness
- pins-and-needles
- pain on touching
- a burning sensation inside the foot
- pain that spikes like electrical shocks
If you have what you think is nerve pain, you should go and see a doctor. They will check for diabetes and blood pressure to name a few things you will be looked at for. Because our feet have a lot of blood vessels, you will be checked for viral illnesses and toxin exposure. This is the best way to know what is going on inside your body.
Morton's Neuroma: a nerve that goes between the third and fourth toes gets thickened. The shooting pain, pressure or burning pain gets worse when walking. Treatment includes shoe modifications and treating nerve inflammation. The water cures helps with the latter.
Pinched Nerve: or nerve entrapment, can happen anywhere in the foot. The shooting, burning pain or sensitivity felt on the top of the foot may go away once you change your shoes.
Not to be left out, just like your wrist, there is tarsal tunnel syndrome. The numbness, tingling, burning and or shooting pain may radiate from the arch of the foot into the sole. It is possible that a simple solution could make the pain go away.
Diabetes Causes Peripheral Neuropathy: High blood glucose that comes from doing sugar (yea, when we are dehydrated, sugar becomes a drug for some), nerve damage can result.
There are both medical and holistic treatments, including vitamins, supplements and alpha lipoic acid. And we have even better evidence based treatments that are outside the glass.
Painful Neuropathy Other Causes: Include nerve damage from trauma, surgery, drugs, anti-viral drugs or antibiotics.
Tumors, liver, kidney disease, vitamin deficiencies and infections can also cause pain.
Rouleau Blood Formation could be the cause of foot nerve pain and other transient pains in the body.
Water Cures Protocol is the foundation of treating pain. The water cures works both to help heal the nerves (the electrolytes help them work right) and heal the tissues of and around the nerves (the potassium / sodium / water) properly hydrate the cells and around the cells. Even nerve cells need water inside to function properly
Where the water cures may work for many, it may not work for everyone. When this is the case, you may need to think outside the glass.

It is amazing how so many things that are new to us were common knowledge in the past. One basic practice of the Water Cures protocol is to drink at least 30-45 minutes before and 2 1/2 hours after a meal. This is not a new thought however. Notice what a magazine from 1925 had to say...
"Drink plenty of water two hours after each meal; drink none just before eating; and a small quantity if any at meal time. Do not take a bath until two hours after eating a meal, nor closer than one hour before eating. Drink a full glass of water both before and after the bath." (Golden Age, Sept. 9, 1925, pp. 784-785)

Listen to your body. Do not use this if you are under a doctors care. Do not stop taking medications without consulting your doctor. If you are on medications, consult your doctor if you start the Water Cures Protocol as it may change your needs.

Hi, my name is Sharon. The webmaster of this site is my nurse, my personal water coach and my husband.
As this site was first being built, I had a headache and as usual took an Ibuprofen. Impatient for it to start working, I decided to try the Water Cures. I took a pinch of salt and a glass of water. Then I took a second pinch of salt and another glass of water. My headache was gone in less than 5 minutes.
From my personal experience, it usually takes 30 to 45 minutes for Ibuprofen to work. Some have found it takes ibuprofen 24 minutes to start working.
Yet on the Water Cures protocol, my headache was gone in 5 minutes.
Its simple: give your body what it needs and your body will give you what you need, the ability to feel great.
Water Cures was the solution for the elimination of my headache. It is what I will use from now on.
Why not give it a try yourself.
