Readers Twittergest Water Cures edition was inspired by Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart, we felt it was time to start advertising the Water Cures Protocol. So we have faux purchased some advertising in the upcoming issue of Readers Twittergest.
At WaterCures.org, we cannot wait to get our copy of Readers Twittergest. It will have the twittergest version of War and Peace.
More importantly, it has the findings of the future study in JAMA (in our dreams) "How Increasing Unprocessed Salt and Water Intake Will Improve Grades for College Students. More on this below.
There is a lot of controversy on the use of salt and its relationship to blood pressure. There are studies that show salt raises blood pressure and that, like the one below. Then there is the experience we have had at WaterCures.org, where we have seen salt lower blood pressure. Why?
We are using unprocessed sea or mined salt. The additional minerals included in the salt are the reason it works for lowering blood pressure, resolving health problems and longer lives.

CDC: Salt Intake Guidelines Were Wrong
One of the lessons learned by the Water Cures Hydration Coaches, users of the water cures need to watch their weight. Many using the water cures have found that they loose weight rapidly. This means they will need less water and less salt. This will be constantly adjusted as the weight continues to come off.
Eat Less Salt If You Want to Gain WeightAt Water Cures, we have found that those who use the protocol improve mental function. Timing the use of the protocol, some have been able to improve their grades. How much have they been able to improve their grades?
We don't have a clue but we are sticking with the 22% rule. This means if you would normally get an A on a test, now you can get a A++.
Seriously, we have tried and used this during our college years. We stumbled upon the water cures protocol late in college. We went from a B student to an A student. On the nursing final, it was possible to get the highest score. Only one wrong answer. All of the A students in the class got B's and C's.
It was a truly amazing experience. No drugs. No tricks. Still had to study. But, in the end, it was a great experience. The Water Cures Protocol works.
Although it is probably too late to get the Colbert Bump (he quit), we are hoping that this will get us enough views that people will spread the word, Water Cures Works. We are not selling anything. We want to help the world have better health.

It is amazing how so many things that are new to us were common knowledge in the past. One basic practice of the Water Cures protocol is to drink at least 30-45 minutes before and 2 1/2 hours after a meal. This is not a new thought however. Notice what a magazine from 1925 had to say...
"Drink plenty of water two hours after each meal; drink none just before eating; and a small quantity if any at meal time. Do not take a bath until two hours after eating a meal, nor closer than one hour before eating. Drink a full glass of water both before and after the bath." (Golden Age, Sept. 9, 1925, pp. 784-785)

Listen to your body. Do not use this if you are under a doctors care. Do not stop taking medications without consulting your doctor. If you are on medications, consult your doctor if you start the Water Cures Protocol as it may change your needs.

Hi, my name is Sharon. The webmaster of this site is my nurse, my personal water coach and my husband.
As this site was first being built, I had a headache and as usual took an Ibuprofen. Impatient for it to start working, I decided to try the Water Cures. I took a pinch of salt and a glass of water. Then I took a second pinch of salt and another glass of water. My headache was gone in less than 5 minutes.
From my personal experience, it usually takes 30 to 45 minutes for Ibuprofen to work. Some have found it takes ibuprofen 24 minutes to start working.
Yet on the Water Cures protocol, my headache was gone in 5 minutes.
Its simple: give your body what it needs and your body will give you what you need, the ability to feel great.
Water Cures was the solution for the elimination of my headache. It is what I will use from now on.
Why not give it a try yourself.
