Humans were designed to be walking, running, and moving about. Now we live in a world where we do not move as much as our ancestors. So we have to schedule and artificially fill that need. Exercise is essential to have the best health possible.
Walking briskly at lest 20 minutes a day will do the trick. If you have not exercised at all, then start out at just 5 minutes a day. Work your way up. Ideally, it will be best to walk two times a day for 20 minutes.
Research has found that walking is just as effective as some chemo-therapies for ending cancer.
Three months on the water cures protocol and with daily exercise has made it possible for some to cancel their by-pass heart surgery. They canceled it because they no longer needed it. Their blockage self resolved and they no longer needed the surgery.

How much sun? Basically, you want to stay in the sun with a much of your skin absorbing the sun as possible. Since we are all different, there is no way of knowing how much. Basically, in the winter, if you can get 10 to 15 minutes two times a day should be enough.
In the warmer months of the year, 15 to 20 minutes once a day should be enough.
Do not use sunscreen. Not only does sunscreen contain chemicals that are known to cause cancer, it also prevents the sun from converting cholesterol to vitamin D.
If you burn easily, some have found that taking NAC or N-Acetlycysteine at least 2 hours before exposure has helped with sensitivity to the sun. The vitamin d you make in your skin can last for about 2 weeks. Over exposure will not cause your body to make more than it needs. So what ever we can get today is always better than what we cannot get tomorrow.

It is amazing how so many things that are new to us were common knowledge in the past. One basic practice of the Water Cures protocol is to drink at least 30-45 minutes before and 2 1/2 hours after a meal. This is not a new thought however. Notice what a magazine from 1925 had to say...
"Drink plenty of water two hours after each meal; drink none just before eating; and a small quantity if any at meal time. Do not take a bath until two hours after eating a meal, nor closer than one hour before eating. Drink a full glass of water both before and after the bath." (Golden Age, Sept. 9, 1925, pp. 784-785)

As this site was first being built, I had a headache and as usual took an Ibuprofen. Impatient for it to start working, I decided to try the Water Cures. I took a pinch of salt and a glass of water.
